Only Blue card balances can be replaced, and this is allowed once only. The parent or guardian must provide these documents at any Vodafone or Valuefone outlet to assist with the blue card replacements and check if a balance replacement is applicable:
- A police report for the lost Blue eTransport card.
- An official signed and stamped letter on school letterhead from the Head of School.
